Texas Instruments Power Switch Ics - power distribution, Part #: TPS2H000BQPWPRQ1 is a fully protected dual channel smart high-side switch, with integrated 1000‑mΩ NMOS power FETs. Full diagnostics and high-accuracy current-sense features enable intelligent control of the load. An external adjustable current limit improves reliability of the whole system by limiting the inrush or overload current.
